Additional Terms & Conditions where EPDM and/or HDPE lining forms part of the installation.

Quotations are based upon normal soil conditions and does not include factors below ground, whether geological, man-made or pertaining to water which adversely affect normal construction, and in particular, factors unforeseen or otherwise where rock, hidden obstacles, unstable sub-soil, springs or sub-surface water are encountered, and other factors unknown to us, such as contaminated soils, we shall be entitled to fair and reasonable increase in our price for any extra work involved.

In the event of cables, underground pipes and unforeseen hidden obstacles that might be required to be diverted moved or might become damaged during construction, the cost of removal diversion and repairs shall be an extra charge to the client at a fair price based on the cost of such work.

Where extra work is ordered by the client in writing, or verbally, such an order will be confirmed by us to the client, in writing, or unless within seven days such order is rescinded, the same shall be treated as confirmed. Where possible quotations will be submitted for additional works and variations as the contract proceeds, but otherwise will be charged at a fair price based on the cost of such variables.

Quotations are fixed for acceptance for 1 month unless otherwise specified and include all specialist plant, labour and materials to execute the works in a single continuous mobilisation and in accordance with A.G.A. programmed installation rates.

Quotations do not include any amounts for site de-watering or mechanical fixing to pipes or structures, nor does it include for any independent laboratory conformance of weld testing.

Quotations are based upon all materials being delivered to site for valuation inclusion, as soon as manufacture is complete or at the first valuation whichever is the soonest..

Quotations are subject to revision on production of detailed drawings.

It should also be noted particularly if the Client chooses to carry out all or part of the earth working part of the project that our prices are based upon this work being carried out in a workmanlike manner, with regard to proper precautions so that our work is not compromised or jeopardised in any way.

Additional costs involved in our work due to poor workmanship or hindrance on the part of any of the clients workmen will constitute an extra charge to the client
