Firestone EPDM Butyl Geo-membranes The Firestone EPDM membranes which the A.G.A Group installs have been tested to the most stringent measures to assure confidence in the product. Firestone is an internationally recognised brand with excellent credentials and the A.G.A Group is confident in the product they provide after working with the organisation for many years.
Benefits - High flexibility: Year round installation as liner remains flexible even at very low temperatures.

- High elongation: Over 300% stretch allows the membrane to conform to irregularities in the subgrade.
- Superior resistance to weathering: Unmatched resistance to ultraviolet radiation and ozone
- Environmentally friendly: Totally inert and poses no threat to the environment
- Quality assured: Manufacturing facilities certified under ISO9001
A.G.A Group use Firestone high-grade synthetic rubber membranes which can be used for the most diverse of applications and the most testing of construction processes.
- Versatile – a range of thicknesses and widths overcomes the ‘one fits all’ approach.
- Reliable – strong and durable impermeable geo-membranes.
- Flexible – a pliable material cost effective to install whatever its function.
Technical note: The Firestone Geo-membrane is a cured single-ply synthetic rubber membrane made of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM). Depend-ing on the dimensions of the liner, the waterproofing surface may be seamless. In other situations, seams can be made using a self-adhesive tape. The 1.02 mm thick Firestone EPDM Geo-membrane is specifically designed for decorative pond applications. It is commercialised under the trade name “Firestone Pond LinerTM”. Because of its specific formulation and production process, only the Firestone Pond Liner membrane is guaranteed to be compatible with aquatic life in accordance with testing reports published by the Water Research Centre in the UK.
