Welding an AGA synthetic liner
A.G.A Superflex High Density polyethylene (HDPE) liner

The A.G.A Superflex High Density polyethylene (HDPE) liner is one of our most popular liners; it gives the best of both worlds, combining the advantages of polypropylene with those of ethylene propylene rubber to create a highly flexible and robust membrane. This liner is ideal for containment applications.

Benefits
  • Tough
  • Flexible – conforms well to sub-grade irregularities and protrusions, as well as settlement and subsidence, under stress.
  • Copes well with steeper slopes
  • Environmental resilience – outstanding resistance to stress cracking, aggressive chemicals, weathering and UV
  • Standard welding techniques deliver high joint integrity because of the wide melt transition window.
  • Easier to field repair
  • Site instillation uncertainties are eliminated when prefabricated
  • Low permeability to gases
Used for all types of applications such as: Ponds, lakes, reservoirs, irrigation lagoons and streams, canals dams and water features. Also used for capping landfills, toxic spill barriers and sub-ground proofing applications.
Reinforced Polyethylene’s provide a versatile flexible geo-membrane liner. The unique construction with a combination of custom fabric reinforcement encapsulated by extruded high performance polypropylene provides a strong, highly chemical resistant liner.

The chemically inert polymer is modified to provide many specialised properties that include excellent flexibility, low thermal coefficient of expansion and contraction, outstanding dimensional stability, wide temperature range for excellent seaming and good chemical resistance in exposed liner applications. All factory and field seams are thermally welded.

Polyethylene geo-membrane liners offer superior performance for all aspects of lining lakes, ponds or other impoundments, floating covers and similar containments. High performance reinforced polyethylene provides the end-user with the optimum state-of-the-art liner material, which is also user
